iPhone vs android again?

well recently i just subscribe to Digi iPhone plan because it's quite cheap.. but i dont want to have more than 2 numbers so u know what i use the iPhone for? Mp3 player / gaming device!

i dont even put a sim in it.. and most of the time i just leave the iPhone in the bag.. stimes after i connect to my car's ipod player i just leave it there.. huhu

ya..1 of the reason is apple scared flash will slower their devices..but anyway,it is pain in the arse if play facebook game in mobile for example Restaurant City...even my laptop also slightly lag when there is many "elements" inside the game that moving.so i guess it is not playable at mobile.

and ya,there is nothing perfect..i just want to c them keep competing to provide a latest tech from time to time...

Lol.. then i think u better get an ipod man.. haha. Anyway, i used to love apple OS until android pops out with all the features that apple OS is lacking. Well, lets see what's OS 4 gonna offer then.

At home screen, pressing your phone second touch sensitive button (right button) and you will seen the ADW Launcher setting. All custom Launcher work like this, this include HelixLauncher 1 & 2, LauncherPro, Home++ and off course this ADW Launcher.

Always play around with the second button for any apps, if they got more feature or setting it will pop-up let you choose.

people will keep on comparing all phones with the iPhone. u know why? bcoz whatever we feel, iPhone has been a hit since it was released and eventhough it has thousands of limitations, it still considers as the best phone out there by majority. and we are not the majority yet.

i am one of the earliest nexus one user here (iianm after shahz and bahathir) and i've no prob with people comparing nexus one with iPhone.

i guess the word spam is too broad. if talk bout nexus one only, no comparing, no slight empty talk, this will become a very nerd topic. and i mean slight not over.

that's why i last time fed up with lowyat.net..i was active heavily in oc section until lots of people provide nothing but just to act good. not to mention anyone, but that really happened in oc thread last time

Did somebody solely talk about iphone/ipod, did they? Lolz. Comparing means we are talking about android or nexus one OS with iphone apple OS. Comparing is good, so ppl know what to look for.

it's a nature that people comparing 2 good things, esp if the new stuff coming out saying it's a xxxx killer..

some people want information on which phone is better. they want to know what nexus one users gonna say bout it, hoping that users here will give unbiased and honest hands-on review.

when i first wanna jumped into android, nexus one to be specific, it really hard for me to decide because i was in comfort zone with the iPhone. and at that time i only have Shahz to ask for and luckily the guy who sold me the nexus one (irwan) was using iPhone at that time.. so u know what, fellow users recommendation and advice is really important in making decision compared to internet review.

u dont care, then dont bother and u dont have to bold on things that u dont care bout. i dont care bout many things in this thread, and i just skip that post. read bout only things i interested with. and i stand my ground that comparison between phones is important to those who cant make decision on his own.

no offence, and sorry for arguing. i appreciate and fully understand that u saying that for the sake of this thread, but this is forum and some people will find it interesting, informative but some others might feel it totally rubbish n useless. so live with it.

am having problem getting proper 3G to work on my nexus one
i've tried the setting as told my shahz
Name = Maxis(3G)
APN = unet
Username = maxis
MMSC = http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc
MMS proxy = 202.75.133.49
MMS port = 80
APN type = default,mms

what's the setting for proxy, proxy port and server?
need to put anything?

ohya, i do see a 3G icon on my notification. i think there's upload activity. no download activity tho (only the left arrow of the 3g is blinking. the one grey)

Couldnt agree more with Andrew. Cant we just stick to Nexus One only topic? New awesome apps found, issues, enhancement etc. That would be more great then talking all the pros and cons which at the end the topic will be neverending
