i think the background will look nicer if u bump ur iso to 800
and time to invest in a good diffuser noticed that ur flash can only light the top half of the model, the lower half are usually dark. my dua cents |

well depends whether u like it or not,
its your shooting style anyway. for me i prefer the background nicely lit |
