Okay, I am taking this thread as an opportunity to vent my anger & complain to my heart's content.
I bought a 15" MBP from Machines November last year. The sales person not only did not mention about bootcamp when he recommended the Microsoft Word + Parallels package, after we actually bought it he failed to mention that I had to spend another bloody RM400 on the Windows 7 separately. For someone like me who is not very knowledgeable about software, that was a cheap & dirty way to sell things, taking advantage of ignorance. He said by getting the parallels you can use mac & windows at the same time, in a very confident manner. He did not utter a word about the bootcamp, not a word about getting the Windows 7 CD separately. This made me undoubtedly pissed but my dad told me not to make a fuss over it so I kept quiet.
Wow! Great! I got a new Mac!
Until it started getting glitches. Barely 3 weeks old and Wow! Pretty glitches saying 'YOUR MAC HAS PROBLEMS! WHEEEEEeeee!' in my face.
Sent it in to the technical branch of Machines & their system is so bloody awesome! It took days to reach the damn HQ which is just a freaking 10 minute walk from their technical branch! So amazing right?
They ran diagnostics on my mac & guess what??? They said there were NO PROBLEMS! Wow, must have been my bloody wild imagination! I picked it up & cradled it home, thinking there actually weren't problems with it afterall. Despite my happy floaty thoughts, JENG JENG JENG! The problems actually gone from minor to much much WORSE!
Now, at this point I was bloody fuming with anger & I sure as heck wanted nothing more than to go there & display my contained anger. But no, I went there again, smiled, talked nicely & sent it in like a little good girl. A call came in saying the problem is my logic board. Oh yay! So finally they found the problem! So they said they needed around a week for the new logic board to arrive so they can replace it.
OK! I waited. And waited. And waited..... And then finally! It was fixed! Collected it & danced home. I can go online! I can chat! I can finish my work!
Today, at 3.30am, the madafarkeeng problem said 'HI!!!!!!' in my stricken face AGAIN! Wow! So much for FIXED! I did not sell my computer & worked & saved money to pay RM5899 to farkeeng waste my precious time running around like a retard doing repairs that DO NOT WORK!!! It's like getting a heart transplant when you have liver cancer! I saw so many awards at the HQ branch, DOES THIS KIND OF SERVICE DESERVE AWARDS????!!
MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE & WASTING IT IS NOT YOUR LUXURY. IS MY TIME LESS VALUABLE THAN YOURS? I PAID GOOD MONEY EXPECTING A GOOD PRODUCT BUT THIS IS THE LOUSY, APPALLING SERVICE THAT I GET.
OH WAIT! I'M UNLUCKY? UNLUCKY THAT I 'HAPPENED' TO GET A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT? WOOOOOOWWWWWW! GO TELL THAT TO ALL YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ONLINE! SO EVERYONE THAT BUYS A MAC ARE UNLUCKY SORRY RETARDS WITH NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO RUN UP & DOWN DOING REPAIRS FOR FCUKS?
FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, FIX YOUR PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL BECAUSE YOU HAVE HERE ONE OF THE MANY FUMING, ANGRY, DISCONTENTED, DISPLEASED, RAGING & 100% DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS THAT IS WAITING TILL 9AM IN THE MORNING TO BLOODY STORM INTO THE HQ & SPIT BURNING SHOWERS OF FIREBALLS AT EVERYBODY THERE!!!!!!!!
