Few details to identify:
1. Meng Hai factory only starts producing green stamp in 1980. 70s is yellow stamp.
2. they started to use thin paper for wrapping in 80s
3. From the word on top Yun 雲 & Cha 茶, and the word at the bottom Zhong 中 & Si 司. Four of this words has slight difference after 1985.
