i have shifted from drinking coffee to tea these days and i immediately find the health changes (positive changes). I am not so "heaty" anymore. skin getting better, less big pimples on the face, can start eating more fried/spicy food now, previously, it will cause a lot of pimples on myjawline. Tea also helped me in the morning, helped on my bowel movements.

I drink the following tea regularly (2-3 packets a day)
- English Breakfast
- Chamomile
- Lady Earl Grey

please recommend me other good tea in packet form! would like to try some chinese tea that brings good health benefits too and where can i buy them biggrin.gif

and something about TWG, its SOOOO nice but SOOOOO expensive! RM 60 for 1 box compare to twinning RM 15 ....

If you can feel the difference from drinking such normal tea, imagine the difference when you start on raw green Ti Kun Yam or Taiwan Oo Loong. I don't think it comes in a bag and if it does its not the good stuff. Remember RAW tea is the best.
