The event organizer prepared the backdrop for photogs.
But being a typical exhibition hall, the downlight is so high up, thus making shadows.
I made a major mistake by not having reflector like other photogs, so i totally rely on fill-flash by strobing my F58 in wireless (a300 popup flash to trigger)..
i mount the flash on the tripod and adjust height/angle accordingly.
which is why you see some lightsource not directly from in front of their face nod.gif

im not sure whats the 2nd market price in MY, but my friend suggest me this shop MapCamera.com Shinjuku.
The shop itself has few used a900 on display, diff price based on condition.
i took the cheapest 85F1.4 at 105k yen, tolerating some scratch on hood and cap. body condition itself is superb.
the marumi dhg-uv filter is of course new unit.

the used 85F1.4minolta was around 90++k yen.. up to 12kyen difference then the zeiss..
