And now, for another shot from a while ago, from a future Sony Alpha 700 replacement with AVCHD video recording.

Not sure why... in terms of appearance.. i feel like it doesnt give me a feeling of Advance Dslr... could be because it just feel lacks of button? hmm.gif

85mm F1.4 JUST LOVE this lens on my A700... Performance + Handling of it is just excellent. Light & not too bulky. 2470 is a bit too heavy to handle for me.

freaky_deity: OS, HSM (for A-mount and K-mount) and a weaker close focus (22cm, 1:2.7x maximum magnification) compared to the 17-70mm F2.8-4.5's 20cm and 1:2.3x maximum magnification.

freaky: what do you mean by casual lens? aperture values aside, wouldnt your 18-200 already cover the range that the 17-70 is covering?

when using the 18-200 i always feel kind of limitation... maybe its aperture f3.5 kot...
when taking pict, the subject must at least 2m away from camera.then only it'll focusing nicely...
or maybe my way of thinking is wrong... doh.gif

freaky: are you somehow using your lens in a wrong way? (highly unlikely) its more likely that if that's the case, your lens might have some problem
