smartplan/lite wont be cut off when you hit quota, only be throttle, only internet lite is cut off

if im not mistaken Internet Lite is an ADD-ON, cause last time got an accident with digi,
while smart plan is already a package it self.

internet lite (33) + voice call plan (50) = 83

smart plan = 68 or 33 but not including the voice call you made

im using it, and still not get cut off when over it, got sms send to me saying over quota
