QUOTE(Dannyl @ Mar 23 2011, 02:30 PM) I'm using Internet Lite, which is the same as Smart Plan Lite except Internet Lite is for supp lines. It uses HSDPA when available. If 300MB is sufficient, that's the way to go. Plus, no contract, so can discontinue anytime what if the usage exceeds 300mb?

QUOTE(ineser @ Mar 23 2011, 05:56 PM) They throttle the speed down to dialup, no charges sounds good. seems most of the time will be using fb apps and some googling only. 300mb should be sufficient

QUOTE(alvin8866 @ Mar 28 2011, 03:44 PM) I plan to buy a HTC Desire HD. The amount I should pay is RM1,967 (RM1,399 + RM500 + RM68), right? We actually can get DHD below this price without subscribing DG plan (24 months contract). My question is: What benefit we get after subscribing DG plan? Kindly enlighten me. Thank you. initial payment is 1399 + 500 and the 500 will deduct for ur monthly RM23/RM68 + ur usage. the benefit is Digi is subsidizing the DHD cost to Rm1399 instead of RM2299 and also first 6 months u will enjoy cheaper smartplan cost

u still need data plan, no?
the Rm500 is deductable, so it is still RM1399.

QUOTE(alvin8866 @ Mar 28 2011, 07:05 PM) I'm a final year undergraduate. I will apply for Singapore PR (Permanent Resident) and stay there next year (February 2012). Any suggestion? oh. good. if that's the case, i would take the cheapest available. no point tie ownself with the contract period. singtel/starhub offer much better deals. cheaper if u earn SGD
