Got my DZ, can't wait to get this plan.
Question, if I apply for this plan NOW, is it considered rugi coz, its near the end of month, or does it charge you on 30day basis no matter what month is it |

hey, i went to digi jus tnow to apply for the plan, but they said i need to have topup rm10 first (yes, my account got no balance).
is this true? |
