Same problem here, switch my prepaid to postpaid at DSS. Then they didnt activate caller id, luckily i just call the helpline, 5 mins done...

Digi centre Timesquare is soo many ppl today (actualy everyday) and their service is so sux, wait for so long, haiz, disapoitment, branch cant do any service... lousy

DiGi already pulled out HTC Aria from their Smart Plan. Obsolete phone? Hopefully new ones coming soon. Atrix, SGS2 or Optimus 3D.

now i'm using a plan (dunno what it name) where my gf is as a main with RM50 monthly and mine is RM30 monthly.. where we got free call & free sms etc.. between us.. Friends & Family plan i guess..

i would like to get a smart plan for me to use the internet..
my question is..
1) i heard that only "main" can change to smart plan.. "sub" can't.. is this true?"
2) let say if i change to main.. and want to get smart plan.. will i still in Friends & Family package where i can make a free call & free sms with my gf if she become my sub..
3) for the smart plan.. RM63 per month including data + call/sms? or the RM63 is totally for data only?

63 for data only, that is what i get from the CS reply,

supp can change..what they do is terminate the line, then activate as DG smart plan..

smart plan is RM 63 for data only..however if use around RM32 per month, u get 25% off the RM 68. you can always add a voice plan on the Smart plan be it RM 30, RM 50 etc..u have free calls when you have supp line but probably need the D50 plan for the main.
note the RM 63 only u get with auto-credit.

hope i am not wrong on this..check with DG for confirmation

if i only want to use the data for facebook.. check email.. and online chatting.. is it will exceed 300mb?

300 definately not enuff, i use this plan, view some page, fb, skype, finish zor

depends on ur usage... if on 24hrs then not enough lor..haha.

Can always switch to wifi when available. But no worries, no extra charge from Digi if exceed only speed throttle to 128kbps.
