regarding the smart plan lite, for this from digi webpage

Q3 What happens if I exceed the monthly usage quota of 300 MB?
A3 If you exceed the quota, your Internet access will be automatically suspended till the following month. DiGi recommends upgrading to the Internet Unlimited 68 package for users that demand more usage quota.
Q4 What should I do after exceeding my monthly quota?
A4 You can either upgrade to the Internet Unlimited 68 plan or wait for your quota to reset in your next billing cycle.

A30. No they cannot. DG Smart Plan is only for principal lines.
