It took me a while to get my plan approved by DBKL. A lot of red tape even with the OSC ( One Stop Centre or something ). More than 4 months! MPPJ is faster, if I'm not mistaken. So for me, I was eager to start renovation but plan was not even out yet tongue.gif There should not be a validity period.

If there are structural changes to the plan, you might need to resubmit. If it's just some minor change, it's ok.

went to MPPJ just now

just want to know

1) will MPPJ really come to site to inspect the existing structure (before reno start) to confirm if there are illegal structure or not ? in theory they should but i am not sure in practical they do it or not

2) will mppj really come and inspect after reno completed?
