omg my MBP will arrive in 2 days time..so exciting..but i have a question..i have tons of songs in my windows desktop..and i have a WD hardisk..but as i know its format is NFTS..can i just like transfer the song over and put in  my mac?  or else what can i do?

yea i understands about it..but what really is cannot write?? if let say i transfer my music to mac can it play there?? or when i do my assignment in my windows using Microsoft office and i wanna continue with my microsoft office in mac can i?? if cant what can i do?

i checked about that too..but need to pay rite?? is there any free wan?

sorry to ask, but I was connecting my pc and mac with RJ-45 cable, direct connection.
Open my PC share folder with smb:// protocol.
Then I just transfer files from mac to pc, which previously I backup from my pc to mac.
I am very sure I didn't install NTFS-3G or any other NTFS tool, because the mac is brand new.

May I know what happen? As I know Mac couldn't "write" to NTFS...
Although they are some file with chinese filename will give me error, but most of the files
transfer back to my pc without any problem 

How long does it take to fully charge be4 starting up the Macbook?

i used macbook for more than a week now. all functions is good and really satisfy with the quality except for:
1. a red stuck pixel. feels like crazy when looking at it.
2. no cut-paste function. i used moveAddict software. so no problem anymore.
3. huge memory consumption.
4. cannot close lid while letting my macbook on.

maybe im not quite familiar with mac because before this i used windows and ubuntu. can anyone can give me opinions? thanks.

MBP 13' base model or MBP 15' base model?
imma uni student, so my main concern is portability.
im using it for my uni work + internet.
which one of the above are more bang for the buck?

i installed Win7 into my 2008 Macbk white, Yes only Win7 not thr MaxOS bootcamp..........

initially the the sound driver is not working and a red light emit fr the earfone jack but after i DL Realtek HD Audio driver, the problem was solved

but on skype messenger, the webcam is not working, any one here encounter this problem b4

and btw, Bluetooth support is not available too

others seems to be working fine

the reason why i din install thr Bootcamp was tat i read tat via Bootcamp, Win7 performance will some wat be laggy

i hav the ori Snow Leopard disk, can i juz extract the Bluetooth and Webcam driver into my Mac Win7?
if Yes, how to do it?

To install the Boot Camp drivers:
1 Eject the Windows installation disc.

  c Click “Eject this disk” in the System Tasks list.

Woohoo just installed windows the other day working well and it asked me to install some anti-virus for it. Should I? I mean if my windows gets virus, will it affect my mac?

if i am going to install win7 onto the mbp 13"...
currently spec at 250gb.. should i actually increase the hdd to 320gb?
considering saving the hassle of future upgrades?

usage: normal surfing, chatting, office, blogging, and .net env programming w sql server (plan to do this in the bootcamp).. jus wana know how much space i should allocate for the windows..
