 need info on 945 phenom2, help

proc : phenom II X4 945 3.0ghz
mb : asus m4a785td-m evo

1st is the temperature....
now at ipoh are so hot...
well i'm just using stock hsf..

on idle
cpu temperature : around 44'c
vcore : 0.91 v
mb temperature : 46'c

full load for 15minuts
cpu temperature : max 59
vcore : 1.22 v
mb temperature : max 49'c


i wanna ask if this normal??
plus how can i reduce the heat???
is it my air flow not gud enough??

casing ventilation ok? got intake/output fan?
maybe try replace better HSF with better thermal paste?

i think my air ventilation is gud.. just dun have the upper fan...
wanna add.. back fan for output rite.. pulling the air inside the casing out..

normally how long u stress ur proc daily?
u run folding? if not...no need to change anything... its ok lah..it wont die (unless u unlucky )

and u can always check the Thermalright website rather than keep asking and spoon feeding..

Just get a 3rd party CPU cooler (e.g. CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ if low on budget, or Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme if got lots of funds). cool2.gif

oh man that tuniq tower 120 extreme is really hard to install ... I think it can break my nails
