Hey there, just want to ask your opinion, if you were a subsale buyer and now currently own the place, but at times, there are mails into your post box, which belongs to the ex-owner, how would you handle those mails? Would you just leave there aside till one day if the ex-owner come asking from you? Or, would you have the goodwill to inform the ex-owner that there are some mails that she/ he can collect from you? What if the ex-owner wants you to send them to her via post - would you do so?

Hello,

If the ex-owner migrated to other country and yet he gave you a call to send by courier service. Will you willing to do so if you are the current owner ?

we do not acountable of their mail, they should hv change their address immediately once moved out, they should also check with you once in a while to see if any mail still deliver to your address, way to handle their mail totally up to you! nod.gif

Ya, I will put aside the mails and wait for their call. If they don't check with me after certain time, then it will go to the rubbish bin. biggrin.gif
Currently my house is still under renovation. It seem that his friends are helping him to collect his mails which I left in the mailbox.

I am not in good term with the previous owner after long and hard negotiation with them. shakehead.gif

"sila kembalikan jika salah alamat"

Some ex-owners really have some stupid fetish with things like this. Once they go they should have enough common sense to change all their mailing address la.

thanks for all the comments. I think i will just leave it aside till like one year, if she doesn't come and collect, her business. Rethinking on how "hard" she made the property transaction for the past few months, I think I shouldn't be treating her "too good"....
