Jumping During Adolescence Increases Height, Fact or Myth

During your adolescence people tell you to jump frequently if your want to grow taller.
1) Do you think this is true? 2) Did this work for you? 3) Give a logical explanation for or against this. Your own experiences don’t count. It is covered in Question 2)

Thanks Robert but I am not trying to grow taller.
It is common for basketballers to mention this myth/fact. Base on Keith idea of stretching, that is what basketballers to when jump trying to reach as high as they could. They practise jumping a lot too, hoping the could dunk the ball.
