i din notice bumper guard is bumper guard and grommet are the holes for the string until the last few posts u written..
i thought they come together wan... @@

now learning to use semi-western...
for me, western ok la but cant blast high pace balls too much, tiring...
i shud go n run 5km,pumping 200times etc per day

ok...so far the stringer hasn't killmy grommet and im taking good care of the bumper since last 2 days I practice only,no match played, later going for games, @ 6pm. ^^
hopefully dun have to low volley or dive(i nvr did anyway)
