The string is $17 USD per-pack at T/W.
I expect it to be around RM70+ or so including stringing at sportsprises. |

QUOTE(karim_pin @ May 17 2010, 09:03 PM) Mis-hit for sure.Because he was coming into the net with an approach shot (he was well inside the baseline where he missed that forehand). Dumbass Madrid director either don't dare to show the replay or he's a pure Fed fanboy. |

QUOTE(vobs @ Jun 2 2010, 07:14 PM) wah, starting to fan the flame, hmmmm maybe will go buy some uncook satay and marshmallow or maybe popcorn hehehe 1) No dampener, call me weird but I like the "ping" sound. Ok, its time to take it off topic, I posted a few debate on my facebook, maybe you guys can answer:) 1) dampener or without? why 2) single or double backhand? why 3) nike or adidas? why 4) topspin forehand or flat forehand? why 5) open stance or close stance? why So who willing to answer, no correct or wrong, just a topic to wipe out the flame:) 2) Single, its just more versatile even if it is harder (I actually find double-bh harder now a days). 3) Can I choose another brand here? 4) Both. You can't only hit topspin, flat forehands down the line is essential to force a lob from the opponent when he's crosscourt. 5) Both again. Need to be able to hit both closed and open, why hit an inside-out forehand with a closed stance when you can just hit it with an open stance for more power and accuracy. |

QUOTE(PINK_MING @ Jun 3 2010, 09:50 PM) Try this.Go to a back fence or a wall (make sure no ceiling), stand about 1.5-2 foot (this depends how long your arm is) way from the wall. Far enough that your hand if you straighten it out infront of you, the tip of your fingers will just be touching the wall. Now practice the ball toss from that distance, toss the ball up and make it as straight as possible. You'll reach a point where you can actually just glide the ball up the wall. Once you get this, you'll have a consistant ball toss. This ball toss is for flat and slices where you throw the ball out infront of you. It will take some time and it will look stupid (trust me, I know... it is stupid |
