the cross tension is way too low for a 57lbs feel.
moving too much and feels like too much ball pocketing and bola cannot jalan.

too much effort to play wif a tension like this.

reason is you are not yet reach advance level yet, stroke wise, we should use whole body ie kinetic chain from leg's, core muscles, torso and then arm....., I suspect you are just using arm only, slowly but surely you will improve, I'll bet on it, just relax and try stepping in to the path of the ball.

Yes Prae, mini tennis is very effective in learning to hit and returning backspin shots. Actually its good for all shots.

I like to use mini tennis as warm-ups.
But many ppl usually too eager to go hentam terus at the baseline.
