i don't care if it's good or not. i'm so sick of the city and vios i'd buy one. btw does this car come in disc or drums.
*
this car is not bad, try test drive it, and trash it smile.gif

u'll be surprise how good the car brakes, even if its just a drum brake.

btw i think the car is light enough so drum brake will be sufficient and the front rotor is big enough, the stopping power is remarkable.

lol actually in real life it doesn't really matter. this cars aren't meant for doing stunts or high speed driving. if u want good brakes, just change it to brembos, Movit or AP Racings
*
thats true. i was referring to those who wants rear disk brake badly. smile.gif

the front disk brake is really big.

the rear seat compared to Mazda 3 is surprisingly ok.

i test drove and also as back passenger for mazda 3 and mazda 2 in back to back. Mazda 2 wont feel cramped, only a little low cost smile.gif

But floaty a bit due to its light weight.

very good review

but in my test drive, the M2 Sedan is not so bad, but everyone's driving style different.

i test drove M3 and M2 back to back, 2 drivers ( one driving, one as back passenger and swap) + SA.

Result: M3 is good, no doubt, in extreme condition, you still feel confident, and the car is heavier than M2, so it helps in twisty road when high speed or perhaps suspension.

M2, is actually a car where we can actually drive harder and unleash the potential, at least more than M3, perhaps the road is not enough to explore the power of M3, but already go up to 120km/h in normal taman twisty road(its not recommended i know) , the M3 still feel planted and M2 is a little nervous, but controllable.

M2's sound insulation is good, in my test drive. road noise barely notice ( from M3 change to M2 also not much difference). Engine noise is muted, steering is very light during slow. Engine is responsive, revving up to 6k also not too trashy, and very very willing to rev smile.gif

Hard braking for M2 and M3 is both good, and feel confident, but M2 is using lousy tyre, gave up 3 seconds before ABS engaged while M3 the tyre no complain, just ABS engaged.

Suspension wise, both are good, M3 and M2 the ride wont be too firm, no complain from back seat and provides good support. Fabric on the M2 seat could be better though.

The whole sitting and driving experience for M3 and M2 is not huge difference ( not as big as RM50k difference) but the interior that is a huge difference and you know where the money spent smile.gif

The brake is good, look at the disc its actually bigger than Honda City's brake, and even if its rear brake is drum, the braking still is very good. Very good indeed.( even if compared to M3 it wont be too far away)

I'm a little skeptical before i test the M2, but now i agree on those review on the handling, Car chassis, the engine and even the gearbox, only the interior can be better. Its nimble, light, fun, cheerful smile.gif You wont go wrong with this car. Another choice other than T & H .

But i still fancy FF smile.gif it looks much better in my opinion. wink.gif

How are the front/rear seat compared to Gen2 or Persona? Are they soft or hard type. I can't stand soft type as people get back pain after a while.

during my test drive found the front and rear seat of both M2 and M3 are supportive, just like Honda city(previous model). No noticeable difference when changing from M3 to M2. Support is good enough. But again the M2 fabric is a little inferior, can improve to compete with city and vios.

+ point M2 steering is leather steering. smile.gif

nice, of course M2 wont match M3's interior, malaysian M2 not much accessories.. but still acceptable though

smile.gif nope, not comparing with M3, its not fair. Comparing with vios, and city. But perhaps they can do it better in future order, the interior i'm actually only comparing the seat fabric, the rest, are not much to complain. smile.gif
