I think his speedlight bounce card too small haha. He's using a D300 + SB800 with the bounce card pulled out. But the settings were at f/5 so probably not enough power from the flash.

I know the kid and the dad. We always go shooting along with the group. Total there was 6 of us at there on that day.
He's standard 5, so probably birthday not over yet so considered 10? |

Depends how you use the flash IMO, my pics all I use flash but I don't think their skin color is washed out.

Yea, Demb on my SB900 is my light source. But also minimal flash used though hehe. For me with flash -> color more vibrant
