Just wondering if anyone can advise on the :-

1. Cost Indication for Minor renovation works
2. Any good reliable contractors to recommend

I have just bought a Condo unit at Pantai Hillpark phase 2 at 1023sqft. I m planning to do the following :-

1) Paint the entire unit to White and Grills to black
2) To install 2 lights (1 at toilet and 1 at living room)
3) Paint 4 doors , Kitchen Cabinets and Built in Cupboards
4) Replace all power point sockets
5) Piping and wiring (I think they are ok)

Do you think I can get all done between 1-1.5k ? I will buy the paint myself

actually my father is a painter,if u really need a quotation u may call me if u buy the paint my father and his staff will work for u and only based on daily basic,possible u try to give me a call then i try to ask my father only for the painting and what price can offer u with u buy the paint,wait for ur call 0172717333 thanks

I bought it for RM245k , furnished with :-

1. Water Storage Heater
2. Build in Cabinets for kitchen and 3 rooms
3. Sofa set
4. TV + TV cabinet
5. Plastered Ceiling with Downlight
6. The paint is quite new, but I dun like that color in the rooms, so i m changing it
7. Some doors are a bit crackedw
8. Power Points some broken

I think it's a good buy
