Dear LYN Androiders,

Today, LegenDroid has officially collaborated with Titanium Backup's Support. We believe backup is the most critical part of your phone when you are in Android modding scene. Hence, LegenDroid has chosen the best backup utility for Android, and dedicate our support for them.

We are also one of the official Donate version distributors and you can purchase your licenses from us. Malaysian buyers will have the extra advantage of bank transfer purchases, while others can opt to pay via PayPal or Google Checkout.

Titanium Backup is, and always will be free. The Donate version will have some extra features which will enhance your application, but the basic feature will always be free. Here are the features that Titanium Backup has:

Free Version:
No time limit
Very fast app listing (about 1 second for 300 installed apps)
Sort apps by name / last backup / backup frequency
Filter apps by name / type / status / Apps Organizer labels (also affects Batch operations)
Backup/restore regular apps + their settings
Backup/restore protected apps + their settings
Backup/restore system settings (incl. Wi-Fi AP list)
Restores the Market links when restoring apps
Zero-click background batch backup
Interactive batch restore
Many batch scenarios (eg: if more than N days since last backup, etc)
Zero-click app un-installer
Zero-click system app un-installer
Desktop widgets

Paid Version:
All above
Branding to your name
Multiple backups per app (history length can be chosen)
Zero-click background batch restore
Batch verification of all backups
Ultra fast HyperShell (much faster for almost everything)
Market Doctor can remake any broken Market links (only for apps that were backed up with the link in place)
App freezer can disable an app (and make it invisible) without un-installing it
Please Note: Titanium Backup application REQUIRES ROOT access. In order to be able to make backups of your applications, root access is definitely required.

Details can be found here

Thank you.

Regards,
Shahz

Now with the 2.1 update for Hero is out, this Titanium Backup becomes more invaluable with all the flashing and re-flashing ROM activities. Worth every sen I donated. The Batch mode is too awesome. I'm nicknaming this as 'Norton Ghost for Android'. laugh.gif

Looking forward to use it on FroYo. rolleyes.gif

highly recommend this app for rooting user..
it require no click one by one when you restore the apps...
just one click it restores everything that you have back up..

The latest update includes a feature to specify the folder where you want your backups to be stored. So you can have multiple folders. I find this useful as I can specify a folder just for user apps and another for system+user apps. If I'm flashing ROMs from the same Android version (e.g an Eclair ROM to another Eclair ROM), I'll use the system+user apps to restore. If I'm upgrading or downgrading ROMs, I'll just restore the user apps (and deal with system related restore some other way). I learned the hard way that restoring system stuff when doing a downgrade/upgrade will just screw things up.
