These are my methods (not the best but at least I don't need tools other than my hands and a multimeter)

-I'd dump any batteries that are lower than 2.8v when you pry those batteries out (don't want any of those undercharged battery crystals killing us)
-Any batteries that heats up to scary temperatures when charged with 1A goes into the bin (probably your battery died from internal resistance build ups)

-I have a flashlight that constantly draws 1A on high so I just run a timer on it to test my mAh's (if it's running a good constant 2 hour 30 minute on a 2500mAh cell before reaching 3.6v I'm pretty sure it's ok)

to test actual capacity then you might need an intellicharger like opus bt c3400 to see how much it runs. (good investment if you are salvaging laptop cells. I need one of these soon)

Opus BT C3100 charger is a god-send.
Makes my Xtar VC4 and Nitecore i4 chargers collecting dust.

Plus a good multimeter to check the voltage, so that you don't have to power in your charger

some of the notable lights would be trustfire x9 (stock) and trustfirs z8(rgbw led modded by djozz but only white and blue worked). Probably the only mod potential light other than the p60 hosts like singfire sf67 and ultrafire wf502b.

And he sure do love those extra warm LEDs. Mostly below the 4000-3500 kelvin. 3 of his heavy modded lights are extra warm LEDs.

others are kinda meh. Which is why he is donating it away as these are his least liked lights.

You did open a dispute/ticket right?
Did you pay for tracking? Usually free shipping takes more than 2 months (my experience from fasttech)
Lets just hope they didn't cheat on you

Once you hit 2 months, from their shipped date, open a ticket and tell them you want a refund or reship.
If you pay using PayPal, tell them you will file a PayPal claim if they don't refund 100% or reship the item.
Their standard reply is they will only refund 50% if you don't buy shipping insurance, so you have to be firmed with your reply to them.
I had about 15 shipments from them with total value of closed to US$400 this past few months and 2 went AWOL. So be pepared for this kind of thing when ordering through GB.
