He was actually invited to the Singapore National Bodybuilding Championships 2010 to guest pose. Wow, I'm so proud of my fellow Malaysian. Aren't you guys?

He posed after most of the categories were contested. By then, most people went back and the ones who are left are tired and bored. That's because the event lasted from 2pm to 8pm. But when Wong Hong came onstage to guest pose, WOW, the whole crowd was awakened! People were standing and coming forward to the stage, most also snapping their cameras to get a shot of him. And Wong Hong really brought the auditorium to live!!

I've seen a much bigger dude (his arms is twice Wong Hong's size) in Celebrity Fitness Subang Parade. When I first saw him, I was like "Holy Cow!!", damn muscular this guy is. He works out around evening time.

alright.. i've been exaggerating, as when I compared that guy's arm in real life and the pictures you posted, I really felt that guy in my gym is much bigger, likely to be few inches larger. However, his legs loses to WH's one. Really chicken legs. If he train his legs he'll look very good.
