2003 is most common

not many ppl go for the new cert cuz not many company using 2005 version

u can ask the training from the company..later they give some bond and contract for 1-2 years

i refer to training banking policies. if your training 4k and above ..it's one year bond.. more they spend ..the more u have to contribute your contractual services ..nothing is free
