as some may use ATM machines to transfer
For Example, more than one Buyer transfer certain amount of money into the same seller account at the same time.
How do seller differentiate?
Thanks

As for me, I will ask customers to inform me after they've made the payment.
Once my customer sms or pm me to inform about the payment and the amount they bank in , I will check online immediately. That will be easier to know who made the payment 1st. |

QUOTE(Christopher7 @ Apr 11 2010, 07:42 PM) May I know how do seller know which account or who transferred money to his/her account? A few areas to cross check I guess. Location and method of transfer. Date and time. Most importantly, if cash bank-in then ask for a clear snapshot of the cash dep and cross check. Usually if online transfer will show the account number and name etc.as some may use ATM machines to transfer For Example, more than one Buyer transfer certain amount of money into the same seller account at the same time. How do seller differentiate? Thanks |

emmm ask him/ her to give transaction reference no, location, time and date or ask him/her to scan the transaction and email or pm, if online transaction, then ask him/her to copy and paste the transaction or use print screen of the transaction (but i just realize that even print screen could be fake.. see this topic: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1191632/)...
so better way is ask ur buyer to fill up ur email address when making transaction.. (more details : http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1191632/+60#68) This post has been edited by joey85: Apr 12 2010, 03:59 PM |
