apexitrust was right. apologize him. for now, remove his details in 1st post n promise him that u'll revoke the police report made earlier once things settled. he can tag along if he want. if seller insist on not helping u anymore, u just hv to do it alone. what ever ther result, u come n report here. ask Apple Malaysia to help u prove if the iPhone is faulty. but if it was due to the shock after all, u got to be strong.
i think, what Apple Malaysia can do is to verify whether the iPhone eligible for warranty or not. u both (seller + TS) dont hv to say it was due to the shock. just say it suddenly malfunction. i doubt it was due to the fall that the iPhone want haywire since there are no direct hit, it could be a faulty unit after all. my phone drop so many times n still running well...not an iPhone anyway.
if possible, ask Appe Malaysia to confirm with Aus branch too. if they both branch say the phone is good for warranty, go on.
