i have seen people having their home loan disbursement got delayed. if buying from developer, the late penalty can sometimes be waived. if buying from sub-sale, things can be discussed and worst is to pay the penalty amount. the question is at auction property, if the successful bidder didnt settle the remaining amount within 90 (or 120) days, the deposit will be forfeited. the is very bad damage. is there any way to negotiate this with auctioneer? or get the bank to be responsible? what could be the work around?
