I am looking to put grills on my house and am looking for the cheapest price. I'm renting out so I'm not particular.

I check rates and lowest i have seen is

1 sq feet window = rm7.5
1 sq feet door = rm9

anybody here know better deals?

I am also installing lights (mostly those placed on walls) and fans. Looking for cheapest deal there too.

u mean downlight ?
downlight would cost around rm 1x onwards and the bulb around rm 8.xx onwards
installation should cost you another rm 10 each onwards... (that's the cheapest i heard) but mine cost me rm 15 each...

fans.. you can survey around and buy them yourselves... non branded (local branded) rm 12x ... alpha around rm 170 (from my contractor)
