Ask deimos  , he can get you region locked games. They will work fine , as its given as a gift to you. Its another story if you buy it yourself. You can fool the thing by using the US trick and purchasing it. THe thing is that your steam account will be locked and your credit card will be bared for a while. Some concern bank will call you , saying that your credit card has been blocked for a while as request by vendor on illegal purchase or some shit. Just say you're aware of it and you'll contact the vendor. Just send a nice support ticket and they'll unbar your account and credit card or just wait. Some people dont want to risk this , so its recommended to go through Deimos.

I would recommend that you read through the KB. Just go to the Support tab & do a search with keyword Extra Copies.

The problem varies from person to person. No, I'm not on any torrent app. I've close every single non-essential programs via task manager/msconfig. I've tried reinstalling, deleting the registry keys, deleting Clientregistry.blob, restarting my PC for several times like idiots, disabling firewall, redo portforwarding, bla bla anything that was posted on Steam supporting forum. The only thing I haven't done is reformatting my PC, which I think it won't solve the problem at all.  I already raised ticket to Steam support and pending for their reply.

I remember GTA4 is region lock while EFLC is not. LOL
