May I know if anyone came across the release of big promotion for Dawn of Discovery or The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom by steam prior to date?

Hey all,
I just wanna ask.. I have couple of games in steam such as CODMW2. May I know if I can reinstall the games and keep my online profile despite I do not back up the steam's files? I plan to do some clean reformat on all my hard drives |
