Yeah I almost gave up and wanted to patch it.

i got a something weird happening

i recent saw my top 3 games played within 2 weeks are COH:ToV for 6+hours, which i didnt play, wen i check my ToV last played are 21 may, how the hell that 6+hours come????

Anyone saw me play COH:ToV within this 2 weeks?

PS: i also reliease that this may lead to account been hack but the record doesnt make sense, steam got prob is it?

Do u switch on your Steam everyday?

Or u leave it on 24/7?

If someone tries to use your Steam account, the Steam program on your current PC would be disconnect immediately.

sometime i use my lappy to do steam business... didnt play most of the game for 2 weeks due i just sell my PC

I checked most of my games listed the right last time i played, even COH:tov, i weird is, y record over 2 weeks appear at my top3 games most played within 2 weeks, even the game i play that time already over 2 weeks?

I actually had something similar happened to me with Xcom, I have no idea why but it is showing as I have played quite a few hours (like 6 or something) when I have actually played only a couple of minutes to test some DosBox settings.

I am pretty sure my account is not hacked and just thought it was Steam missing the notification that I closed the game (and thus still counting time in the background).

You could try to run ToV, close it, and check like in your friend list if you still show as "in Game: ToV" or something (or ask one of your friend if it still see you as in game or not)

I don't have ToV on Steam so I can't test for you, Xcom was the only game that did that to me (or I did not notice for others) and I thought it was because of DosBox (which is not made by Valve and is the Dos Emulator) badly integrated with Steam

IINM, if your game crashes, sometimes, the Steam UI overlay won't be terminated, which would continue tracking your playtime. Like how that one time I was listed as playing Borderlands non-stop for 1 week (Well that didn't happen for this, something wrong on Valve's side).

lol, if the Borderland's developers see they must be really happy, they would think their game is way too addictive!

Yar, I suspect it's something like that too, I would not take that as an indication the account was hacked, the guy would just have changed the password of it in my opinion.

But that must have been some pretty funny "Gameplay Stats" after that 1 week stuff.

It happens sometimes. I've had bullet candy running for a few hours after termination too.
