Getting Started Junior Member 197 posts Joined: Jan 2003	I guessed the so called "Streamyx guy" just simply giving outdated answer to you. I suggest you should double check with YoungMan, or other Streamyx agents in this forum, just inform them your phone line number & new screenshot of ADSL parameters. After received positive answer from him, I went to TM Point again, insisted to take 4Mbps & requested them to process. However, there will be some interruption if the phone line is not stable, but I took my chance and got the 4Mbps successfully.
