Why not call it via Homeline? Else it wont be toll free if call via telco.

come to think of it i din check back my credit wtf rm 1.00 gone O_O .. haiz . Anway did u manage to get the order number?

26th april-homeline fixed

6th may-streamyx installed

15th may-netbook arrived tiong nam...finally know what is tiong nam every ppl is mention it..haha

The whole story.

APRIL

14 - Went to register Cool UniPack with my friend (Who's studying in UCSI). We completed the form submitted that noon. They said cannot apply new line because of got problem at TMN CONNAUGHT. Kept our application till issue is solved.
19 - Line issue solved, went to register telephone line. Got new phone, pay RM10 Duty Stamp. RM75 will be charged on first bill.
25 - Technician came to install telephone line. Pay RM30 for installation
27 - Phone line activated
28 - Some contractor called saying within this week someone going to install streamyx.

MAY
1 - No one came to install. Called back technician, no answer, called 100 and selected (1) Technical Assistance to get someone on the phone. Ask regarding my application. The person on the phone said no data!!! Asked operator to make a report.
2 - Called 2nd time to technician. No answer!!! !@!@(*!&#(@*&!  Called 100 and ask again, same thing. No data of application.
4 - Went back to TMpoint Muzium to scold the person key my data. On that time she give me confirmation. Asked for installation today! She set for me tomorrow morning.
5 - Streamyx activated and able to online on noon.
12 - Called HP and ask for order number and order date. Given, and ask when delivery date. Says 20th. My friend will be back hometown for 1 month so I ask them able to move to 17th (Monday). They sent a report.
13 - Tiong Nam (courier) called my friend and say netbook will be delivered on the 16th (Sunday)
16 - Netbook delivered on 12pm.

And also summore it's my birthday. W00Ts!!!!!! The netbook's for me!

Rang HP up , they said they have my application. It will be processed as soon as possible. They asked me to call by this friday to get my order number. I am pretty happy man

Its just that their system took a long time. Time to compose an e-mail tonight to praise the dedicated staff but to mock their lousy system and most importantly ask for rebate

I'm starting to get a little bit impatient already... It's been the 4th working day since I submitted the form and they have not even terminated my Streamyx and there's no news about it at all...

After massive calling to HP since tuesday, finally get my warranty push to 2 year.
