The price that I'm charged for is RM50/month. When I called in 100, they refused to adjust the bill to RM38/month because my account was activated in March.

I'll have to make calls to 100 until I find a consultant who will correct my April fee to RM38. The one I called today insist that old customer will be charged with RM50.
