this is my unipack registration journey.

8 Apr: terminated my previous streamyx account. subscribed to unipack on the same day.

16 Apr: call 100 for application status, tm gave me the installer tel no, appointment on following day 5pm.

17 Apr: got my unipack installed. but currently only activated till 2mbps because of system down. will be getting my 4mbps on monday.

currently waiting for hp to call / email me when will they sending me the netbook.

i guess i'm one of the lucky one that doesn't have to go thru the 30 days quarantine period

since 6pm they are not picking up the phone
