Thanks for the fast reply. Worried later i need to pay again since I've paid for the homeline installation = RM 80.00 (for doing parallel line) for top and ground floor.

Ok guys,

I need to confirm the final steps.

(i) Applied on 12.05.2010
(ii) Homeline installed on 14.05.2010
(iii) Streamyx installed on 18.05.2010

Should I wait for the email or call from HP or proceed to the following step below ?
(Note : I didn't get confirmation slip when i do my application)

13. How do I check my netbook shipping status , etc...(netbook related) ?
Call 1800-88-6998 and press option 2. * Call via fixed Line avoid Telco Charge.

I thought I was supposed to wait for an email from HP regarding the netbook. Looks like I need to call them for it.
