The ADSL status states that my connection rate is already 4mb downstrean. 509 upstream. All tests show i'm only going at 512k

Guys, the technician just came and "installed" my 4mb package yesterday at around 1pm. However, since then I have only been able go up to 512k (my previous package was 512k). New modem (W3100). - This was an upgrade.
The ADSL status states that my connection rate is already 4mb downstrean. 509 upstream. All tests show i'm only going at 512k Is this normal? |
