I've just registered this CoolUniPack last Saturday. Since the previous account was under my Mum's name, the TMPoint staff suggested me to change my telephone number so that I can skip the quarantine time. I'm pretty sure that they can terminate my account and change my phone number in one hour time... then again we all know TMNutz will never be that efficient.

By the way, if the 100,000 units of netbook run out while my application is still under process, would I still receive the netbook ?

If I actually wanna urge them to process my application, can I just call 100 and ask them to make a report with a certain reason ? Boasting of course.

I'm starting to get a little bit impatient already... It's been the 4th working day since I submitted the form and they have not even terminated my Streamyx and there's no news about it at all...

I am VERY frustrated already. It's been the 5th working day and they have not even called me to change my homeline number. It's their f**king staff that promised that the whole process will be faster if I change the number of my homeline which I'm gonna pay RM10 for it and get an unknown number. Look, if these things can be done on the spot upon application, why don't they just do it man ?

The TMPoint staff promised that they will settle the whole number changing and Screamyx termination in one week and now I'm on the last day of the week without any updates at all. You see there - I've already paid for it and I'm gonna get an unknown homeline number which I'd have to inform all my friends and relatives and now this is the kind of service I'm getting ?

Is there any way I can complain without going to TMPoint ? Because going to TMPoint would mean a possible 2 hours time wasted without getting any result.

Doesn't sound logical... if you've been previously using 4MB (since you've downgraded) that would mean it's supported in your area...

By the way 5th day passed and there's still no update... I think I'm gonna storm TMPoint tomorrow
