Hmm do I need a letter from the university? I already got the form chopped and signed.
EDIT: Can the first post be updated to include what we need during the application. This post has been edited by Demonic Wrath: Apr 9 2010, 08:49 PM |

Can I ask another person to use my form to subscribe for me? Do I need to go TMpoint myself to submit the form? I want to send my form back to my hometown so my family can help me submit and apply there.

QUOTE(oec88 @ Apr 13 2010, 05:07 PM) Yes, they do accept the certified photocopy IC. They never ask for my real IC when I submit my certified photocopy IC. It's mine. Certified by the school. But if I ask my family to submit the form for me, I wonder if they'll ask for the original IC..The problem is, the certified photocopy IC is your own or other? |

Ok. Then I'll try and see whether my family can represent me to submit the form or not.
Just to be sure, I don't need to be present when they're doing installation rite. They told me that the termination can be done in 2 weeks and then can apply. Well, that's what they said. Just checked that 4 Mbps is available in my area (Kota Kemuning). |

QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Apr 19 2010, 01:06 PM) hey guys is it worth it to apply for 1 mbps? how much speed will i be getting? does it have a lot of difference with 512kbps? It's basically 2-2.5x speed of 512kbps. Of course higher speed package will get you higher speed/price ratio. The question is whether can you afford to pay more or are willing to pay more.QUOTE(itrade2u @ Apr 19 2010, 01:41 PM) Hi guys, One person is entitled to one Unipack subscription.Just want to ask can one person apply for 2 places? I mean can I apply the streamyx for house A and house B with 2 streamyx account using 1 name? And, I think you can subscribe for multiple Streamyx account. It's 1 Streamyx account per homeline. |

Hmm, can we upgrade to UniFi even we're still under the 2 years contract with this Unipack? Will we get penalized?

QUOTE(tolong_saye @ Apr 20 2010, 11:10 AM) It looks like a form. Yellow-colored one, with blue carbon copy attached to it. It's as big as 2 A4-size paper combined together, with a lot of sections for you to fill in. These sections are clearly labeled with the name of the section stated. And then there's a lot of boxes where you can fill in your particulars, and then there's a couple of place to sign. Oh yeah, it also has the word "TM" and "unipack" on it. |

QUOTE(fastreader @ Apr 22 2010, 06:49 PM) u know...after going thru all these post, i notice that many people face problems applying for this cooluni pack... It's because of lack of staffs. Each areas are assigned with a number of technicians only. If a lot of people suddenly subscribed in that area, of course it'll be slow.i wonder is it because that the netboook is free, then those Tm staff are slow in delivering their service..hoping that many people would miss it...so narrow minded these people... Furthermore, the staffs at TMpoint normally prefer to submit the form in bulk. They won't instantly key in the data right after you submit. Much to their defense, a lot of people do that. |

QUOTE(tommy2468 @ Apr 22 2010, 08:46 PM) Hmm, subscribing for a new line might not be faster. If the contractor delays, then it'll take as long. The fastest way is to upgrade your Streamyx account (provided it's under your name). This post has been edited by Demonic Wrath: Apr 22 2010, 08:56 PM |

Of course they're not working on weekends. I think they'll e-mail you back on next business day, which is tomorrow.
