The photocopied I/C and student card need to be certified by the school? What about the photocopied I/C of the line owner?

Can I ask another person to use my form to subscribe for me? Do I need to go TMpoint myself to submit the form? I want to send my form back to my hometown so my family can help me submit and apply there.

Hmm, what about certified photocopy of I/C and Student Card? Can they use to submit instead of using my ori IC?

It's mine. Certified by the school. But if I ask my family to submit the form for me, I wonder if they'll ask for the original IC..

It looks like a form. Yellow-colored one, with blue carbon copy attached to it. It's as big as 2 A4-size paper combined together, with a lot of sections for you to fill in. These sections are clearly labeled with the name of the section stated. And then there's a lot of boxes where you can fill in your particulars, and then there's a couple of place to sign. Oh yeah, it also has the word "TM" and "unipack" on it.

It's because of lack of staffs. Each areas are assigned with a number of technicians only. If a lot of people suddenly subscribed in that area, of course it'll be slow.

Furthermore, the staffs at TMpoint normally prefer to submit the form in bulk. They won't instantly key in the data right after you submit. Much to their defense, a lot of people do that.

Hmm, subscribing for a new line might not be faster. If the contractor delays, then it'll take as long.

The fastest way is to upgrade your Streamyx account (provided it's under your name).

22/04 - Submitted form and line straight away terminated, according to them the new package will be installed on 10/05.

Of course they're not working on weekends. I think they'll e-mail you back on next business day, which is tomorrow.
