As Installed Win 7 starter.... it has many limitation, Cannot change wallpaper , Cannot use XP mode(very important to me) and more...

then i upgrade it to Windows 7 Professional using Anytime Upgrade...
-Netbook cannot virtualized Windows XP...
-Always consume more CPU usage in inappropriate processes like dwm.exe(desktop windows manager),taskhost.exe, other... thus reduce battery life...
-To run Win7 smoothly, requires at least 2GB RAM but netbook half of it.... even windows 7 starter use almost 800MB of RAM without doing anything....
-Win 7 cannot run some program smoothly... like Mathlab, Fortrain and many.... always stop working...fuss...

That's very true, starter edition sucks.. I see... Have you tried fresh installation on top of the OS and see how it fares?
