Basically the FAQs infront already covered all these.
But then, nevermind...

Depends on what method you use.

If streamyx is under your name, no contract - direct upgrade should be fast.
If not under your name and you choose to terminate (use back old phone no. to register unipack) = wait 30 days quarantine, then apply for unipack

If new homeline + unipack streamyx = suppose to be fast (3~10 days for homeline + streamyx installation, netbook is within 14 days after installation) as long as no problems in between (such as no more port, area not supported, contractor cannot contact you, etc.)

That day I went TM Kepong and the staff said TAR college is not in the list. So cannot apply. Try to ask at ur place there.

I don't see the point forbidding students form registering for this package since we are Malaysians who are currently studying and therefore deserves this offer!!

I think TM is making a loss with CoolUniPack. Before this, any 1st and 2nd year student can apply. Now its limited to DIPLOMA and DEGREE students only.
However, most 1st and some 2nd year students who are doing FOUNDATION (A-lvls, MUFY, SAM, etc ) cant apply for it. Dirty scheme by TM?

Today went to the Kepong TM point to take the original form of the cool uni pack [my college dont accept photostat one]

Guess what, they system is offline [non of my business since i am just taking the form]
What bring me furious is that they did not have the original form, fine.
But that xtupid staff try to make me a fool by giving me a staff netbook form, i asked her about this, and she told me " you no need to care about all this, just fill in the form, and we will do the rest" . wtf !!! .

The staff there is also dont really know about the rules.
I asked them can i apply if the homeline is not under my name, they say cannot, i keep on insist this and she just show me her lanci face. I asked for the brochure, and show her the FAQ, only then she act like blur-blur and ask the officer.

So try to avoid TM Poit Kepong if possible.

And would like to recommend the Wangsa Maju TM Point [near the Wangsa Walk]
Friendly staff which answers all my question well, and always have the smile on his face.

Is there anyway for me to complain about the TM Point Kepong, as well as giving a compliment to the Wangsa Maju officer ?

Loss? Ain't the netbook were sponsored by government which is from our money? I appreciate this package and all but limiting certain uni/college seems like defeating the purpose.

yup.. they are blur.. but because of their blurness, i can straight upgrade to unipack even my streamyx is under my dad hehe.. blur got pro and cons..
so, if u wan apply in TM kepong, don ask so many question and straight apply.. like me.. the more u ask, the more restrict lol..
