mine even suck, techinician said my place sipport til7mbps, but due to tmpoint outdated system or somehow, they doesnt allow me upgrade to 4mbps. thmpoint staff email technical depart and called to the techinican and ask. both giving different answer. now my case pending waitng to solve. technician ask for open port for my place and d staff email to the techinical depart to discuss. cant they juz make a call and settle it? why make d process so complicated. headache with their service. dono how many times i need go there and get done with d upgrading package, and how they will charge my streamyx if i upgrade within 2 weeks which is still under warranty i assume. last time they told me got port, but now no port and my area cant support. now waiting for the answer from tmpoint. will i be charge rm88 for installation upgrade?
