Okay, Mine is abit different previously apply thru agent, they process until Homeline then stop already. Then i re-apply for streamyx only on
the new Cool Uni Pack application.

But i believe the process is same. Why not submit Cool Uni Pack with Home line? Cool uni pack can include New Homeline as well.


Compare with you register homeline separate,you need to pay RM50 for connection fee. When apply together with cool uni pack it will be excluded.

I suggest you apply CoolUniPack together with homeline all together in one single cool uni pack form. Terminate at the same time so you dont have to
keep going TM point.

1) Fill up UniPack form with section 1A (Homeline). * All in one single form.
2) Submit Termination form for current streamyx and homeline.
3) Get confirmation slip immediately at TMpoint.
4) Settle with homeline technician with the port thing.
5) Patient with no connection
6) Check status for SAMS for streamyx application ( No quarantine )

With this you can settle all at once by one visit to TM point.

Remember to go as early as possible because you need settle your termination as well.

But most important, get this confirmation slip after submit the CoolUniPack. I think you will receive it.

Tell the reception you are from Cool Uni Pack, they will ask for your house number. If order been receive by Hp , you
most probably get a Web order number to track it online.

Once your order received, you can assume it will reach in the current week or next week.

Finally settle whole journey with TM, spend whole sem break to settle the whole thing.

Just back from TMpoint to grab my voice plan deal DECT phone. Few day ago went there, they say will process later. reach today they told me
never apply. Scold and ask them do it immediately and all done now. Really bad service.

Standard Cool Uni Pack do not include Dect phone, except you take RM10 Voice Plan.

The modem coverage confirm more than 1 room, i live at "Rumah Teres". Even i put on top, i use it on bottom also get 5 bar signal.

I test once with my handphone,outside of my house also can receive 3 bar of signal.

Ya, figure out the next day when i get it. Log in TMadmin will provide me WPA2 support.

I try login streamyx zone with my streamyx login id and password and it work.lolz

They did't send to my webmail but i tried it at Tmpoint streamyx zone. Work fine and fast.
