Just wanted to share that a task killer is not necessary on the N1 (courtesy of an advice from a friend who uses N1 too ~ smile.gif.
found that as my apps pile up on the phone ... performance of the phone seemed to drop until i deleted the task killer ... and allowed the platform to handle the multitasking itself ... rclxms.gif

I was being informed by two friends who are using Nexus One that N1 handles memory usage much better than HTC.

Run as many applications as you want to, it will not get lag or slow down.

Seems like it's still running well without task killer smile.gif but appaware seems to be the one app that's draining my batt.

Yup, it definitely seems so for most apps except some that run in the background and constantly uses 3g data connection.

Day 3 without automatic task killer....N1 seems cheerful and healthy.

alhs76: Which battery app are you using?

Oh I see....is there an battery application which shows how much battery is consumed by the applications loaded?

You guys know that there's already a thread that discusses this right. Why not make some effort reading up before starting new topics.
