there's no one size fits all for moisturisers. bu generally the more expensive brands can do a better job.

The thing is my doc prescribed me oral steroids for a short period which it works and looks better now but the side effects has taken a toll on me. Antihistamines would be a much safer approach long term. this reduces the itch and you scratching, which will start off a vicious cycle. can go consult your pharmacy.
