GIOTTO'S TITLE STRIPPED OFF
The FA has decided to fine giotto for cheating in the last season after heavily complaint by all other team in the league.
As a result, giotto will be deducted 20 postcounts and be stripped off the title,
while waile officially become the champion of season v14.
Furthermore, giotto will be barred from entering any European competition in season v15.
Teams that are eligible to join european competition:
Champions League: waile, ponomariov, doggyjames, Zan81
Europa League: benedictHHH, lipkhin, bkfeng89
