when will adc 4 starts? i cant find the info for the date.. only the day of matches which is every wednesday

i have search for the info.. but nothing tells me the exact date.. on ADC 3 atleast they told us that the game will start within 1 week after registration due date.. this time, flying spaghetti monster system is very slow, a few teams cant registered.. 1 of my fren asked me to help him on registration after he fails a lot.. im facing the same prob.. the link (the link i refer is the flying spaghetti monster links) appeared to be corrupt or something..

ive been pressing f5 for more than 5 times in 1 minute, every 15 minutes, from yesterday morning.. ive been trying at so many places.. from my office, to my house to cc.. all failed.. is there any other way to register, like using email? can i hv the tourney staff email?
